President Muhammadu Buhari typically has at least 12 million votes waiting for him in various parts of the country before elections, according to the administration.
Mr Femi Adesina, President Buhari’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, said in a statement that the President has won the hearts of Nigerians because of his good deeds toward the poor and disadvantaged.
President Buhari, according to Adesina, has multiple programs that have an impact on the lives of millions of Nigerians, including the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in various camps across the country.

“It is commonly estimated that the man has at least 12 million votes waiting for him in various parts of the country before the first ballot in general elections is cast,” he said. This massive army of voters is made up of the impoverished and disadvantaged. As bees do to the honeypot, they swarm around him.
“Food and non-food items are distributed to the poor and vulnerable throughout the country, and there is collaboration with States to return and resettle IDPs in their communities of origin, as well as cooperation with the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) on routine repatriation of Nigerians stranded abroad.” There have been 17,242 similar cases addressed so far.

“Now you understand why President Buhari constantly has 12 million votes on standby.” He is concerned for the downtrodden. What makes you think you’re the only one? It doesn’t appear that they produce them like this any longer.”
