The suit filed by 2, 517 aggrieved members of the All Progressives Congress against the party’s last Ward congress in Osun State was denied jurisdiction by Justice Nathaniel Ayo-Emmanuel of an Osogbo Federal High Court on Wednesday.
In the ruling, which lasted about one hour and 30 minutes, Ayoo-Emmanuel held that issues relating to Congresses are a domestic matter for political parties and dismissed the case.
