While the mock sale is set for December 10, the final auction is set for December 13 in Abuja, according to the NCC’s Information Memorandum (IM).
The commission stated in a statement that qualifying bidders have also met the Intention to Bid Deposit requirements outlined in the Information Memorandum, particularly Sections 1 (e), VII I (ii), (v) (3) (c) and XI (e), which the commission has previously highlighted.
Despite widespread concern over the Omicron coronavirus type, the NCC’s Director of Public Affairs, Dr Ikechukwu Adinde, stated that the auction will take place as planned.
