This isn’t the first time the comedian has been in a car accident.
The 46-year-old entertainer shared photos of the crumpled engine compartment and shattered windshield of the commercial vehicle he boarded on his Instagram page in August 2019.
“Please, help me in praising God Almighty for delivering us from the jaws of death,” the comedian wrote in the lengthy post. We were in a terrible car accident on the Bauchi-Jos express road. We had no choice but to board a golf 2 charter because it was the only way to get around.
“I didn’t have any issues with the driver because he was cautious enough, but then, out of nowhere, a truck jumped in front of us.” It had been drizzling, so the road was wet. The driver did everything he could to stop the car, but the slick road made it appear as if he did nothing. All I could say was “JESUS! JESUS!! JESUS!!!” as we slammed into the back of this truck at about 100 km/h.

“Thanks to God’s mercy and goodness, we only sustained minor injuries.” It’s all God’s doing how the truck’s tail was stopped from causing major damage to us. I thank you, God, for life, for your mercies, for Your Grace, and for your love for sinners like us. In Jesus’ Mighty Name, may your name be glorified forever!!! Amen!!!”
