Unknown gunmen gained access to the residential area within the Nigerian Defence Academy in Afaka in the early hours of Tuesday, according to the Nigerian Defence Academy in Kaduna.
According to a statement signed by the Academy Public Relations Officer, Major Bashir Muhammed Jajira, two personnel were killed and one officer was kidnapped during the unfortunate incident.
He stated that the Academy, in collaboration with the Nigerian Army’s 1st Division, the Nigerian Air Training Command, and other security agencies in Kaduna state, has begun a search for the unknown gunmen in the area with the goal of tracking them down and rescuing the abducted personnel.

The NDA community and cadets are safe in the Academy, according to Major Jajira.
He reassured the public that they were committed to apprehending the unknown gunmen as soon as possible.
