Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, is due to appear in court on Monday, July 26th, as planned.
According to reports, Kanu’s case may not be heard on the scheduled day due to a Nigerian judge’s annual vacation. The Judges’ Vacation will be in effect until September 17, 2021.
However, Kanu’s lawyer, Barr. Ifeanyi Ejiofor, stated in a statement to POLITICS NIGERIA on Friday that the case will be called up for hearing as planned.
