The Imo State Government shut down the Rochas Foundation College in Orji, Owerri, on Tuesday.
Government officials arrived at the location, which is the former Imo Broadcasting Corporation staff quarters, and sealed it.
Modestus Nwamkpa, the governor’s Senior Special Assistant on Print Media, confirmed the development and stated that governor Hope Uzodinma was committed to recovering state properties allegedly “looted by Okorocha and his family members.”
Nwamkpa stated that the governor was putting the recommendations of various White Papers into action through committees formed by the state government.
