Nigerians have been calling out Amnesty International over it’s role in promoting violent insurrections, carnage and wanton destruction of properties in the country following the #EndSARS protests which crippled Lagos and other states leading to the killings of scores of security agents and burning of businesses in various locations across the country.
Nigerians from across the divides have become furious following sustained tweets from the rights group, urging youths to take over the Lekki Toll Plaza in protest of its reopening after the Lagos panel dismissed allegations of any massacre at the plaza since those alleging failed to produce any evidence.
Amnesty International had consistently tweeted its call for a violent occupation of the toll plaza while maintaining silence over the Oyo crisis which saw scores of northerners killed and properties worth billions destroyed.
Below are some of the tweets calling out Amnesty International over its complicity.
What is your end game in Nigeria? @AmnestyNigeria are you for justice for all or you are for anti-Government groups only? There is little or no mention of the targeted killings happening parts of the South? (OYO being the latest) from your organisation. Why?

So called Amnesty (@AmnestyNigeria) suffering from amnesia because the OYO killings does not fit into their destructive and polarization narrative. Until we are sincere in our fight for justice we will never be at peace with ourselves.

In the last 24hr, @AmnestyNigeria has tweeted 15 times on #LekkiTollGateProtest. Strangely, there's no single tweet on the killings of northerners in Ibadan. Nothing explains this media blackout than deep-seated hatred of the other. This is shameful and disgraceful.

It's really sad, that the media blacked the news on what's happening in Oyo State. We need to stop this silliness, discuss the real issues and find a lasting solution to these kidnappings and killings

These were the people killed in Oyo State, their businesses & shops shattered; just because they spoke Hausa fluently and wore Hausa native attire. And all of a sudden, @AJEnglish, @CNN and @AmnestyNigeria lost their voice; not until Northerners retaliate. #StopKillingNortherners pic.twitter.com/EeNfGzoQks

Killings in Oyo, Edo & some southern parts of Nigeria, how many days now @AmnestyNigeria has been silent. Their dicks have been hard and cunts wet since the mention of Lekki protest! When you hear of killings in Southern Kaduna or Kano, then they will speak up. Hypocrites!

Many Nigerians have therefore expressed their desires to see the group kicked out of the country.
