COVID-19: Uzodimma orders Employees to Remain at home

Imo State Governor Hope Uzodinma on Sunday ordered employees to Remain at home until further notice after the upsurge at Covid-19.

He also revealed in the country broadcast that using 920 new confirmed cases recorded in December alone in the nation, the nation has listed six deaths.

Describing the problem in the country as terrifying, he revealed that recent PCR-Based tests completed in the nation with regard to the principles of the National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), demonstrated a frightful upsurge in the supported instances curve.

“Regrettably, although the grim realities of rising Covid -19 infections have been facing us daily, and overall complacency and a false sense of security amongst our visitors to Covid -19 security protocols stay the order of their day.
