Borno: GM Dandal Kura Radio Corporation dies at 61

The Management of Dandal Kura Radio Corporation regrets to announce the death of its General Manager Alhaji Ibrahim Elhusain who has passed away in Kano state at 3:30am today Satuday being the 12 12 2020

The statement enmanating from the Managing Director of Dandal Kura Radio International and FM 98.9 Maiduguri Alh Faruq Dalhatu confirms the death of Ibrahim Elhusain at age of 61.

Alhaji Faruq Dalhatu said the late Elhusain was a veteran journalist who has immensely contributed towards the development of the profession and propagation of peace and stability in Nigeria.

The statement further explain that late Alhaji Ibrahim Elhusain was a member of various professional bodies including the Nigerian Guild of Editors NGE and the World Editors Forum WEF among others.

Alhaji Frauq said the late General Manager will be remembered for his patriotism, professionalism, commitment and dedication to duties and responsibilities.

The deceased was survived by his wife, children, brothers and sisters and buried today in the city Kano, Northwest Nigeria according to Islamic injunctions.
