Veteran Nigerian actor Hanks Anuku has spoken about his theological background, revealing that he studied theology at Redemption Camp and was ordained as a pastor by Pastor Enoch Adeboye.
Anuku shared the information during an interview on the Honest Bunch Podcast, where he discussed his relationship with God and his experience in Christian ministry.
The actor explained that he pursued theological studies while living in Lagos, adding that his interest in ministry stemmed from his love for God and his desire to obey what he believed was divine direction.
He said many people were unaware of his pastoral background but insisted that he still considers himself a pastor.
According to Anuku, his ordination took place when his wife was still alive.
The actor also challenged anyone who doubted his statement to seek confirmation from Adeboye, the General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
He maintained that the cleric could verify his claim and provide further details about the circumstances surrounding his ordination.
