The All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji as their candidate for governor of Osun in 2026.
According to information obtained by Naija News, Oyebamiji’s confirmation was made at the conclusion of the Osogbo governorship primary on Saturday.
Kunle Rasheed Adegoke, a former party candidate for governor, announced the affirmation, stating that it is in line with the APC national working committee’s ruling.
Adegoke reportedly stated that the other candidates resigned in favor of Oyebamiji.
“With the approval of all other candidates, I, Kunle Adegoke, move that Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji be adopted as the consensus candidate to run for governor in 2026,” he declared. I move a lot.
