Nyesom Wike, the minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), has asserted that a military commander gave him the order to be killed during the general elections in 2019.
In an interview with Channels Television on Thursday, Wike disclosed this.
He said that the order was issued by Rotimi Amaechi, who was the Transportation Minister at the time.
Many opposition governors who now claim to be persecuted, according to Wike, have not experienced the same level of threats that he had when in government.
