The MPs have been gathering in the conference hall since arsonists bombed their official chamber at the House of Assembly compound along Moscow Road.
Prior to this, on March 18, President Bola Tinubu had suspended the emergency rule.
President Tinubu asked lawmakers and state governor Siminalayi Fubara to return to their responsibilities after lifting the suspension in a statement on Wednesday.
