According to reports, veteran Nigerian musician King Sunny Ade has vanished.

Damilola Esther Adeniyi, the singer’s daughter, sounded the alarm on Monday with a string of messages on her Instagram page.

She voiced worries that her father might have been abducted, but she also voiced concerns about his whereabouts and general health.

Damilola accused some people connected to his father, including her stepbrother, who also serves as his manager, of kidnapping him without offering specific proof.

In her most recent exchange with the musician, Damilola Adeniyi said her father is being coerced into working under false pretenses.

In addition to urging the appropriate authorities to look into the matter, Damilola Adeniyi declared, “King Sunny Ade has been abducted.” Dayo, the manager, his mother, his brothers (Demola and Kenny), and his driver, Ade, are all guilty.
