Buratai decorates Adeosun, others as Army Council rectifies promotion

The Chief of Army Staff Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai has decorated the newly promoted Lieutenant General Lamidi Adeosun and Major General Abdulmalik Biu with their new ranks.

Recall that President Muhammadu Buhari had approved the accelerated promotion of two senior officers and one other recently for their gallantry in the fight against insurgency.

The decoration ceremony which was conducted at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College Jaji, followed the rectification of promotion by the Army Council.
