2023: Tinubu ‘ll rewrite the wrongs of this administration – Clerics

BENIN CITY, NIGERIA – SOME Christian leaders, under the aegis of the Network of Clergy Men in Nigeria, have put their weight behind Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the former Governor of Lagos State, claiming that he corrects the administration’s mistakes.

A statement signed by leaders of the network’s South-South Zone, including the Regional Coordinator, Pst. Pastor Joseph Francis, Coordinator-General from Delta state, Apostle Chris Odion Ebhodaghe, (Deputy Co-ordinator, Edo state), Pst. Osas Franco, (Secretary), and Pst. Ikechuchu Okorie, (PRO), urged other Tinubu supporters to support him based on his socio-political and economic

They said Tinubu has power throughout Nigeria’s geopolitical zones and should be given the chance to steer the country’s affairs.
“He will enhance the economy,” the statement said in part.

“From 1999 to 2015, he stood out among other opposition groups. It’s worth noting that as governor of LAGOS state amid the collapse of AD throughout the southwest in 2003, he managed to stay in power.

“Bola Tinubu was a key figure in the formation of modern-day Nigeria’s progressives. His influence, along with that of many others, resulted in the creation of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Nigeria’s current leading political party.

“In the race for the presidency in 2023, some of us have chosen to remain with him and support him.” It is absolutely up to us to choose him.

One man, one vote in 2023. To bring our magnificent country ahead, the finest option should be chosen. Chief Bola Ahmed Tinubu is and will be our first choice. This is where we are now, and where we hope to be in the future. It’s our decision, as it is the decision of any organization.”
The network, which claims to have over 10,000 members, urged Christians to take a strong position in favor of Ahmed Tinubu, a visionary leader, at this vital moment for the country.
